Why This Summit
Most leadership events sell proximity. A larger cheque buys a closer seat, a private handshake, a question the rest of the room never gets to ask.
That is a strange thing to model at an event about how to lead well. So we are not doing it. There is one stage, one dialogue, and one set of ideas, heard by a founder in their first year and a chief executive in their twentieth, at exactly the same moment.
Leadership is not a performance for the people who can afford the front row. It is what you do on Monday, with the team you already have. That is what this evening is for.
